Alan Mooshekh is a Partner in the Burbank office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and focuses his practice on civil litigation and trial advocacy. He prides himself on providing highly effective representation while efficiently managing litigation costs. Alan’s primary areas of practice include personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, construction litigation, commercial litigation and business disputes, workers compensation, insurance coverage and bad faith, and trucking litigation. He understands the unique circumstances involved in commercial transportation when shipping freight across state lines. Alan also has significant experience working with special investigation units (SIU) to investigate and combat insurance fraud, both as a former adjuster and as an attorney. He has taken countless examinations under oath (EUOs) and provided numerous coverage opinions.
Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Alan worked as an insurance adjuster, primarily handling high exposure injury cases and complex coverage issues. While in law school, Alan served as a senior staff editor and author of published work for the Arizona Summit Law Review. He had the honor of serving as a research and writing extern for Judge John Rea of the Maricopa County Superior Court. Additionally, he served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association and President of the American Association for Justice student organization. Shortly after law school, Alan earned a LL.M. Degree (Master of Laws) in Insurance Law at the University of Connecticut School of Law. His extensive experience and education in the insurance industry gives him a competitive advantage for anticipating and identifying coverage issues that are commonly overlooked.
In his free time, Alan serves as the Vice President of the Assyrian American National Federation, an organization dedicated to advocating cultural awareness for minorities in the Middle East.
