Ms. Decker specializes in the representation of licensed professionals and entities in all phases of the regulatory process with the Department of Regulatory Agencies, from the investigatory phase through hearing. Ms. Decker also has significant experience in the defense of professionals when they are sued for malpractice. Ms. Decker has represented numerous physicians, nurses, pharmacists, veterinarians, chiropractors, attorneys, cosmetologists, hair salons and hospitals in administrative matters before their various licensing agency within the Department of Regulatory Agencies, as well as in litigation matters.
Employment Law, General Counsel and Premise Liability Defense
Ms. Decker represents a wide variety of clients and businesses by providing legal counsel on all aspects of their business, including employment issues, contracting and general litigation matters. Ms. Decker has represented a range of clientele including grocery stores, waste removal businesses, hair salons, and oil and gas drilling companies. Ms. Decker handles both compliance and administrative matters before various state agencies, including the Department of Regulatory Agencies, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Colorado Civil Rights Division and others. In addition, Ms. Decker’s has handled a number of premises liability maters, as well as wrongful death cases, auto accident, personal injury and subrogation.
Appellate Practice
Ms. Decker has argued and represented clients before the Colorado Supreme Court, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Decker is a member of the Colorado Bar Association (Health Law Section), the Denver Bar Association, and the Douglas County Bar Association. In 2012, 2013, and 2014 Ms. Decker was recognized as a Rising Star Super Lawyer and in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 Ms. Decker was recognized as a Super Lawyer by Colorado Super Lawyers Magazine.
