Represented individual charged with conspiracy to import a controlled substance on board a vessel.
Represented individual charged with conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance knowing that it would be imported to the United States.
Successfully negotiated settlements involving multi-million-dollar insurance disputes through mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
Represented an exporting company in an insurance claim arising out of property damage to its goods and recovered a seven-figure settlement amount.
Represented a hotel in an insurance claim arising out of property damage resulting from a water leak and recovered a six-figure settlement amount.
Represented a financial institution in an insurance claim arising out of a qui-tam action and recovered a six-figure settlement amount.
Represented a major fast-food chain in an insurance claim arising out of property damage resulting from Hurricane Irma and recovered a seven-figure settlement amount.
