- With over 16 years experience, my practice concentrates on business and commercial litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate litigation, bankruptcy, creditors' rights, strategic planning, corporate structuring, taxation, and complex transaction negotiation. Throughout my career, I have successfully represented both international and domestic-based individuals and companies in navigating the complex world of commercial and business dispute resolution, including matters involving bet-the-company litigation and trade secrets protection, commercial arbitration, bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, and breach of fiduciary duty and fraud claims. In addition to litigating on behalf of clients, I also serve as outside general counsel for several small business clients, where I advise on a wide range of issues including corporate formation and governance, taxation, succession planning, risk management, intellectual property rights, real estate litigation and employment related matters.
