I have been assisting personal injury clients in Anchorage since the year 1998. From the start of my legal career, I worked as a public defender for two years, then went on to start my own law office in 2000. I am part of the Alaska Bar Association, in addition to being a member of the Florida Bar, the Utah State Bar, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
In addition, I belong to the following organizations as a member:
- Top 100 Trial Lawyers
- Alaska Association for Justice
- American Association for Justice (AAJ)
- National Association of Distinguished Counsel
- Million Dollar Advocates Forum
I represent those who have been seriously harmed in accidents or by the negligent actions of another. I receive ample information and support from the organizations I am a part of, and I can use this to my clients' great advantage when approaching a case.
I attended Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, where I graduated in 1994. I earned my Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law, where I graduated in 1997 with honors. During my time in law school, I was an active part of the Moot Court Team. In addition, I am a graduate of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College®.
On a more personal note, I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, rock climbing, fishing, and I am a licensed pilot.
