Gene Warhurst is an Alabama attorney who started his career in 1988 working in the insurance business as a property and auto claims adjuster for The Hartford Insurance. He learned the art of handling claims in the insurance industry from the investigation, evaluation, and negotiation of thousands of claims. Gene’s in-depth knowledge and acquisition of 8 postgraduate national insurance designations, including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter known as the CPCU, allowing him to advance to Senior Property, Car Accident, and Personal Injury Claims Manager overseeing claims adjusters handling hurricane, fire, business, and injury claims. Then, while still working as an Insurance Claims Manager, Gene simultaneously attended law school. He graduated, immediately passed the bar, and started his law practice in 1995 representing clients for their insurance claims.

Today, Gene represents clients with insurance claims for their property damage claims to include home insurance claims, commercial property insurance claims, fire insurance claims, hurricane claims, as well as personal injury from car accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, and wrongful death claims. If you need a lawyer to fight for you for your injury claim, insurance claim, property claim, car wreck claim, or if you are a public adjuster or policyholder seeking legal advice and direction on a claim, there is no cost for an initial consultation.

Prior to becoming an insurance adjuster, Gene was a commissioned officer of the United States Army.
