Ms. Alexander has been associated with Birch Horton Bittner & Cherot since 2000. Her practice emphasizes representation of union and non-union employers in all areas of labor and employment law. She has experience representing employers in proceedings before the Alaska Superior Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska, National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Alaska State Commission for Human Rights, Equal Rights Commission, Department of Labor, and in labor and employment arbitrations.
