John McDonnell received his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi. He has practiced law in Biloxi for over 40 years. Mr. McDonnell has had the privilege of serving as the Harrison County Administrator for the Chancery Court since 1995. He also served as the Board Attorney for the Biloxi/Ocean Springs Board of Realtors for over 15 years. He previously taught Real Estate law for the University of Southern Mississippi for over 10 years. Mr. McDonnell is an accredited Department of Veterans Affairs Attorney who works diligently for the rights and benefits of disabled veterans.
