Additionally, he is a member of Lenipagno Investors, LLC a diverse business, real estate and consulting company.
Mr. Compagno was formerly an equity law partner and deputy practice leader at the San Francisco office of Holland & Knight, LLP, one of the largest full service legal firms in the United States and around the world. His practice focused on real estate, corporate and business law. His real estate clients included developers, REITs, property managers, landlords and various purchasers and sellers. He has been lead counsel in several hundred million dollars worth of real estate acquisitions and sales and the leasing of millions of square feet of commercial and residential space. Mr. Compagno also served as outside legal counsel for numerous corporate entities and manufacturers in all aspects of business including formation, governance, joint ventures, sales, licensing, contractual negotiations, employment, finance, business disputes, collection and drafting.
Prior to his transactional practice, Mr. Compagno litigated numerous civil, business and construction litigation cases and obtained substantial trial and arbitration/mediation experience. Mr. Compagno also served as a criminal prosecutor in the Monterey County District Attorney's office in 1993-1994.
