Jordan grew up in Miami, Florida. In 2009, he graduated Cum Laude from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. In 2013, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law, in San Diego, California. Jordan resides in Miami, FL, with his wife, a software engineer, and his two children.
Utilizing his knowledge and litigation experience, Jordan joined The Crypto Lawyers as Senior Attorney spearheading the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution efforts. During his time with The Crypto Lawyers, Jordan has handled many cases against cryptocurrency exchanges where clients have either been locked out of their accounts, had assets stolen, mismanaged by exchanges or had their assets frozen. Jordan has also handled a litany of cases involving fraudulent platforms that have stolen assets from clients. In connection with these crypto-fraud cases, Jordan manages and supervises The Crypto Lawyer’s certified forensic blockchain analysts who trace the firm’s clients’ stolen assets. Jordan then helms the recovery efforts to recoup the stolen assets from various exchanges in order to have these assets returned to the firm’s clients.
Jordan also advises cryptocurrency exchanges and other blockchain centric businesses on navigating the regulatory obstacles that arise in the cryptocurrency landscape and ensures that they maintain their compliance with the ever-changing legal landscape.
Jordan started his career as an attorney in Southern California in 2015, where he specialized in suits involving Complicated Business Tort, Mass Torts, Medical Malpractice, Elder Abuse, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Products Liability and Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Class Actions. In addition to his litigation experience, Jordan has a breadth of extensive legal knowledge in the fields of corporate/business law, cryptocurrency law, intellectual property and data privacy law.
