Justin joined Eccleston and Wolf in 2003 as a law clerk and now is a Supervising Attorney. While at the firm, Justin has litigated an extensive range of professional liability, general liability, casualty, Homeowner’s Associations (HOA), Community Organizations and Management Companies, premise liability, and attorney discipline and grievance matters, which have included cases involving the representation of lawyers, engineers, architects, health care practitioners, property managers, motor vehicles, and landowners, in state and federal tribunals. In addition, Justin has represented employers in employers’ practices liability claims such as discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and other human rights and employment-related claims. Lastly, Justin represents attorneys in debt collections matters and in professional grievance matters before the District of Columbia Office of Disciplinary Counsel, Maryland’s Attorney Grievance Commission, the Virginia State Bar, and federal court tribunals.
