I am the owner of Piccolo Law Offices, an attorney, and counselor at law. I serve clients in Nevada and Utah, with a focus on representing employees and people whose civil rights have been violated.

I started my own law practice to have the freedom to offer the best service I can at prices that are fair. My practice is client-centered: I enjoy interacting with my clients directly and working personally to meet their legal needs from beginning to end. I use an assertive approach to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients, while also striving to be ethical and professional. I communicate regularly with my clients and listen to them so I can understand their goals and wishes.

Before starting my practice, I served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Robert C. Jones, a federal district judge in Reno, Nevada. I graduated summa cum laude from the Michigan State University College of Law and served on law review. During law school, I was an extern for both a federal judge on the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and for the Michigan Court of Appeals. Prior to law school, I worked for six years in public policy in Washington, D.C. and Salt Lake City.

I volunteer as a pro bono attorney for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, and have served as a leader of a local group of cub scouts. I enjoy playing the trumpet and volunteered with the Murray Symphony Orchestra for three years.

I was raised in Utah and have lived in six other states and Italy.
