Paul Nicholas Boylan is an attorney specializing in First Amendment and government transparency issues. He advises and works with newspapers, investigative journalists and private citizens to obtain information and documents from government agencies and public officials. He is a member of the California Newspaper Publisher's Association, the First Amendment Coalition and Californians Aware. He served as an adjunct professor at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge Law School and has been a visiting professor of law at the University of Poitiers in France.
