Rick is the Founding Partner of Hogan & Vandenberg’s Wilmington office. His first contact with immigration law was through John Vandenberg when they were attending law school together. His passion for this field comes from the opportunity to help families get established here in the United States. His practice focuses on business, investor, and family immigration. Rick regularly speaks to community groups, immigrant organizations, and professional audiences about U.S. immigration matters.
Rick has a bachelor’s degree from Saint Edward’s University and a J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
