Rob Henson brings nearly two decades of criminal defense experience to the people he represents. He has substantial criminal jury and non-jury trial experience, in addition to representing clients through investigations, motions, negotiations, hearings, and other stages of criminal cases.
Rob intentionally limits the number of clients he accepts at one time. He does that for a simple reason: criminal cases require time.
A lawyer needs time to listen to the client, study the evidence, research the law, identify weaknesses in the State's case, discuss realistic options, prepare motions when appropriate, negotiate effectively, and prepare for trial when necessary.
Limiting his caseload allows Rob to give each case the individual attention he believes criminal defense requires.
To Rob, a client is not simply a defendant or a case number. A criminal charge can affect a person's freedom, family, career, reputation, finances, and future. He believes the lawyer handling that case should understand both the legal issues and what is at stake for the person facing them.
