Stephanie K. Benecchi is a partner in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. Stephanie’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, including IP litigation and class action defense as well as white collar defense and government investigations. Stephanie has experience with litigation matters at all stages, from pre-suit investigations through resolution and settlement.

Stephanie is also a member of the firm’s interdisciplinary Intellectual Property litigation team, where she works collaboratively with our seasoned IP professionals to defend against infringement claims and prosecute intellectual property claims in federal court.

Stephanie has represented senior executives in the health care industry in conjunction with government investigation and has experience with investigations focusing on labeling and monitoring of medical devices as well as pharmaceutical sales practices. She has also defended clients against False Claims Act litigation.

Stephanie’s class action defense work has focused on defending consumer fraud litigation based on product label statements.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Stephanie was an associate with a commercial litigation firm in New York, where she handled high-stakes civil litigation, corporate investigations, and insurance coverage in federal and state courts.
