Timothy A. Hughes was born in Mobile, Alabama.   He grew up in Huntsville, Alabama and attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville where he was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.  He is a graduate of Birmingham School of Law where he was a member of SDK Honorary Fraternity.
 
Timothy A. Hughes is licensed to practice law in all local, municipal and State Courts for the State of Alabama; also in Federal Court for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, Southern Division' and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama, Southern Division. 
 
Mr. Hughes practices on behalf of plaintiffs in the areas of personal injury, trucking accidents, wrongful death, insurance claims and mass tort claims.
